He has made these characteristics the foundation of his company. This foundation earned David a dominant reputation among Realtors in the Lakewood/East Dallas area. David consistently earned top listing and top producer designations throughout his career with past brokers. In fact, David closed more than $170 million in sales after expanding his team in 2005. David is very involved in the community. He gives his time and financial support to local charities and organizations including the Lakewood Home Tour and the Boy Scouts of America, and he participates in many other events benefiting Lakewood Elementary, J.L. Long Middle School, and Woodrow Wilson High School, St. John’s Episcopal School, Bishop Lynch High School, and the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
